I've sat in your chair.
I spent over 30 years in video production. I've run agencies, built teams, managed the feast-and-famine years, lost clients I relied on too heavily, hired people before I was ready, and figured out, slowly and expensively, what actually makes a creative business stable.
I'm not a marketer who discovered video. I'm not someone who read a book about agency growth and built a course around it.
