You deliver the project. You send the invoice. And then you disappear until you need work again.
When you're busy, all your marketing stops. When it goes quiet, you panic and fire off the same email every freelancer sends: “Hi, hope you're well. I've got some availability coming up...” And then you wonder why nothing comes back.

What FOCUS is
FOCUS is a small group programme (maximum eight people) where we build your client outreach system together and, more importantly, actually run it.
Each live session covers one part of the system. You leave with one clear task. The next session starts with what happened: what you sent, what came back, what got in the way. There's nowhere to hide, and that's the point.
Over 8 weeks we...
F: Fix your foundations. Audit where your work really comes from and build your client list.
O: Organise your outreach. Grade your contacts and send your first reconnection emails (yes, in the session).
C: Connect with the right people. Your ideal client, your LinkedIn profile, and outreach that doesn't feel like begging.
U: Unlock referrals. The warm introductions sitting in your network that you've never asked for.
S: Sustain the momentum. The weekly habit that keeps working when you get busy. Because you will get busy.

What happened when the first cohort did the work
This isn't theory. The first FOCUS cohort ran in May and June. Here's what members did during the six weeks:
One member contacted 18 past clients. Ten replied. Four turned into warm opportunities, with the first project booked within weeks.
Another sent her first batch of personal reconnection emails and every single one got a response. Two came back within the hour offering to meet.
A third reconnected with a museum contact who'd gone quiet, and turned it into paid filming work plus a referral to a second organisation.

How it works
Six live sessions of 60 minutes over eight weeks, all recorded, with worksheets and templates

- Two implementation weeks with a group co-working session, so the system gets built, not just described.
- A private WhatsApp group from day one for questions, wins and accountability between sessions.
- A 15-minute 1-to-1 with me mid-programme to tailor the system to your situation.
- The FOCUS swipe file: my template bank of reconnection emails, follow-ups, LinkedIn messages and referral asks, organised by situation.
- A simple tracker so you can see the numbers move: emails sent, replies, conversations, meetings.
The time commitment: 60 minutes for the session, one hour of doing the work. That's it. If you can't find two hours a week to fix the thing that decides whether you have work next quarter, that's the problem we need to talk about.
The Investment
Full price: £720 including VAT, or three monthly payments of £264 including VAT.
Early bird: £360 including VAT (half price) for the first three places, for workshop attendees and referrals from the first cohort only. Gone when they're taken, or on Friday 7th August, whichever comes first.

One reconnected client pays for this several times over. Most of you charge more than this for a single shoot day.
The guarantee
Come to session one. If it's not right for you, tell me and I'll refund you in full. No questions, no hard feelings.
And the working guarantee is the same one I gave the first cohort: if you show up, do the tasks and reach out consistently for eight weeks, you will have more live conversations with potential clients than you've had in the past six months. The only way this doesn't work is if you don't do it.
